Visit Masai Manyatta
(Traditional Homestead)
Visit of a traditional Masai homestead where Masai family will welcome you to their home. You will be shown a traditional Masai house, being introduced to the family members and shared their stories about daily living. Normally the family would also prepare a small “bazaar” of traditional Masai beadwork. Manyata visit fee, of which is already taken care of by the camp and any beadwork purchase goes direct to the family which hosts you. During times of drought this revenue helps the community enormously.
NOTE: This activity is INCLUDED when staying at the camp!
