Testimonials - What our clients have to say about us...

Truly Relaxing. Yet wonderfully stimulating!
this place is great! My wife and I stayed for several days with our two adolescent boys, and all of us found the camp a very happy place to be. Its situated on the edge of a hill, over looking a vast panorama of what we in the US call 'high desert'. Clear clean air, the sky always lively with clouds, like ships sailing over and out. Mountains receding into further blue ranges. A really special place.
The camp itself is very simple, nothing extra or unneeded. Thoughtful details throughout. The staff, Maasai people from the village (just over there) are very pleasant people who are unobtrusive, yet always ready to assist when a need arises. We went on walks with our guides (Sankali or Tomboy) who have a deep knowledge of the plants and animals and the way the Maasai live in harmony with their land.
The best part was the pace of it all. Always something to do, if you want, but unhurried. Time to sit and look and think. Time seemed to run differently there. We all miss it already and plan to return.

Africa – Kenya – what an experience!
We would like to thank Eyes on Africa – Roman, Nevenka, John and Sankale with his warriors for making our dream a reality. And thank you especially for giving us a bit of your hearts as you took your job to another level.
Kenya - hope to see you soon.

We are very happy to let you know that we made the right choice of safari and travel organizer for our east Kenya vacation in December (2005) and January (2006). To choose “Eyes on Africa” turned out to be the perfect choice and most satisfying since we have a special interest in the culture and nature of the country. Our expressed requests and needs of what we wanted to do and see were met in an extraordinary professional and satisfying way. “Eyes on Africa” have a broad knowledge and a true expertise in travel organization. Their people were extremely service minded and showed an enthusiasm beyond what could be expected. Not only did “Eyes on Africa” show us the beautiful Kenya, its culture, animals and nature, just as important they also made us feel very comfortable with practical arrangements such as accommodations, transportation, nature and cultural guiding.
If you plan a trip to Kenya, and want to get the most out of it, you should undoutfully use “Eyes on Africa” as your tour organizer, and we guarantee that you will get full satisfaction and unforgettable memories.

Safari with Eyes on Africa was one of the best things I did in my life and I will definitely come and see you again, because you gave us such a great insight in everything in Kenya, people, nature, animals, tradition and that is something that we will never forget. We've been to many many courtiers around the world, but Kenya and experience with you was definitely a highlight that we always like to talk about again and again. Can't wait to be there again.

My wife and I, along with another couple went on two one-week safaris in Jan/Feb 2005 with Eyes On Africa. The company also arranged for accommodations in Nairobi on weekends. We had a wonderful time, were very pleased with all the arrangements and would recommend this company to anyone. Our driver and guide were wonderful, and we were happy to be in a Land Cruiser and not a mini-van, as we saw several of those from other tour companies have difficulties (getting stuck, etc.)

Thanks Neva and Roman for organizing my short Kenya tour this year. You flexibility and attention to detail was excellent. Moses, my driver/guide was also excellent - both with the tracking and spotting, but also with interesting (and amusing!) background from his Masai heritage. I particularly enjoyed seeing him jump into the Landcruiser one day in his Masai clothing! Do wish him well for his forthcoming marriage - I hope he managed to collect the goats he needed for his wife's father!! As my favorite location in the world, I will doubtless be back to Kenya for more photography before too long, and I will be sure to be in touch again. Thanks again and good luck!

Maji Moto was the best of the journey, because it is back to basic and very interesting with the Masai. The day program was good and they told us a lot of information about their life. The campsite was very beautiful.

We loved to stay at Maji Moto. We never knew camping could be that luxurious. The whole atmosphere is great and the campsite is beautiful. It is a great experience to meet the Masai and see their way of living. We can not tell what the best was, because everything was great: walking with the Masai, night gamedrive, hot spring, warrior training etc. One of the most special things is sitting around the campfire and hear the ‘strong’ stories of the Masai.

Camping at Maji Moto was the best of our journey and a must-do for everybody. It is very special to lie in your tent and listen to all the sounds of the surrounding and the animals.

Being in contact with the Masai has left a deep impact on me. Especially the walks through nature brought us closer to each other and we learned more about their way of living.
